• Electronics engineers and computer engineers, with Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees, and Master of Business Administration degree in Philippine and American universities.
• With experience in developing hardware and software for a handheld computer system with automatic upload and download of daily files between handheld and the PC for supervisors. This was for a sales force automation system for electric and water utility, and for consumer product companies.
• Experience in managing corporate IT and the business, aware of the needs of users and their concerns, sustainability, and win-win relationships.
